Hair regrowth during weekly Taxol

Hi girls,

I am in the week 7 out of 12, weekly Taxol.  Few days ago my scalp started to hurt the way it did when my hair fell out. I noticed lots of small hairs came back, though they are light and thin. 

I wonder if it is the beginning of proper hair regrowth or this baby hair will be replaced by normal hair later and it's only temporary, and normal hair is still months away? I just don't want to get attached to this hair if it's not gonna stay or get too excited..
