Mirena IUD correlation with breast cancer

I had the IUD in for 5 years. When I had it removed I didn't have another one put back in I got on birth control pills. 1 year later at the age of 29 almost 30 I found a lump and was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. My type of tumor was a hormone receptor type and the doc said it had been growing for probably a year or more but it seemed like to me it came from nowhere.Is there a correlation between women getting breast cancer at a young age and the mirena IUD?

hi : Are u pr positive ? . There is a recent study correlating them too, but I don't know if it was a well done study.
