What has experienced suture granulomas?

could u describe how they felt?  My surgeon is certain I have one in my reconstructed silicone breast ( the cancer fee side ) .  I had an ultrasound and I'm still not convinced!

    I had one on the incision line on my stomach area also small one on reconstructed breast. I had them both removed. The one on my stomach was bothering me when I was doing yoga there would be pain. The one on new breast was close to the skin and I had an abrasion that wasn't healing until I had it removed.

    Removal in both cases done in office with a local. No problem.
