terrible pain in lower back very stiff.

Options

i have been on letrozole for a month now. I know that it can cause severe joint pain. But how do I know if its bone mets. The pain gets better after I rest but it is constant. I only have been out of active treatment  a little over a month July 2 last radiation . my next appt with onc is sept 7. I am so anxious. Should I go to doctor early or wait till appt. I am in so much pain. I just started back to work. I love my job. And I have to work for insurance and finances.

    Call the doctor.  There are a lot of post-treatment medications.  If one is too hard on you, it's only sensible to try another.  I think that it's not likely you've got a bone met so soon after treatment.
