rash on breast

Hello, I'm very concerned about a rash that has developed on my left breast. At first it was itchy, but then it stopped being itchy. I thought it would go away, but it hasn't after four days. I don't have any other symptoms that I know of -- it isn't warm to touch, no swollen lymph nodes, no puckering of the skin, but still I cannot figure out why I have this and how I could have got it. Breast rash google searches all brought up IBC, which is terrifying. I have an appt to see my dermatologist on Tues, but in the meantime, I'm a little freaked out. Please take a look and tell me what you think.
