Good News

Hello all, I haven't been on here for awhile. Recently finished with 5 months of chemo, weekly taxol/carboplatin and then 2 months of AC, then modified radical mastectomy July 23rd. My good news is that I had a pcr (complete pathological response), no cancer cells found at all, and all lymph nodes clear (had 3 effected and a 3 cm tumor with two small satellite tumors). This has been SO scary. I think my body held up better than my mind. I went back to work yesterday. I'm having some trouble figuring out what the new normal is. I did OK today on my second day back to work after all these months but I still have moments of fear if this will come back.  They can be quite overwhelming. Any advice on how to deal with those moments is welcome. I had tons of anxiety all through treatment but a great hubby and best friend who held my hand for all these months. I still have to do radiation so anyone who wants to tell me about that, I'm listening...

Anyway love and hugs to all and thanks to those who reached out and kept in touch, and prayers to those who are still struggling, Naturegirl11
