Becker Expander - one step reconstruction

Last week I met with Dr Hilton Becker to discuss reconstruction for my pending BMX with his one step saline implants. This eliminates the need for TEs and then an exchange surgery. It's appealing but I wonder if anyone has recent experience. I'm concerned about the results of saline vs silicone. I am a large A to small B cup. Thanks for any info.

    Yes, I had this procedure done in April 2014.  My results were excellent.  I had a mastectomy and reconstruction on one side, and a lift on the other side so they would match.  My PS did an excellent job, and with 4 months of healing they look very good and match very well.  I plan on having a 3D tattoo on the mastectomy side when healing is done.  I am the same size as you, large A to small B.  If you have other questions, feel free to PM me.  I am pleased with my results, and I didn't have to deal with TEs and another surgery.
