I was just wondering what movies everyone likes to watch while healing?

I love Disney so I watch anything Disney, love The Help, The Butler, and Gods Not Dead to name a few

I like Charlie Chan 1940's movies kind of simple and loaded with funny proverbs.

I also love any kind of good drama like The Devil Wears Prada, Diana, Bride Wars

I got whole the 'Best of Johnny Carson' collection. So fun that I sort of forgot about 'stuff' for awhile.

I can't believe robin Williams is gone

OMG I love Johnny Carson and Robin Williams both! Such a sad situation. I feel so bad for his family. I can remember watching Johnny Carson growing up and laughed and laughed. I have a few Robin Williams movies that I really like. Some of my favs were Patch Adams, Mrs Doubtfire, RV, Dead Poets Society and of course Aladdin. What were some of your favorite Robin Williams films?

Ncollett, I don't think we have the same taste in movies, so I won't recommend anything, but just wanted to add my two cents about Robin Williams because my kids soooo loved his voice characters in Aladdin and Ferngully when they were little. Have you seen Ferngully? Must have watched them 1000 times. Kids just seemed to be drawn to him. The man was an acting genius who could play anything. I was totally taken aback by his performance in One Hour Photo.....amazing and unexpected. He's got something like six movies still to be released. Looking forward to those. RIP.

I love ferngully, the part when the fairy dies and everyone receives a piece of her magic. I still feel like my grandmother never left me. I think I do have a guardian angel.

Amelie is kind of an obscure movie in French, with subtitles. I loved it because of the intriguing photography and the sweet plot that keeps you guessing. I have the DVD and every time I watch it, I see something new!

And I could watch ANY "period English" movies all day! The gorgeous scenery, the costumes, the accents.....
