IMPLANTS REMOVED: YAY!

Hi, i had an implant after mastectomy 10 years ago, so mine was removal to completly flat.

I was back to work in a week. I had to wear a sports bra 24hrs for a month. its to make the skin (and muscle i suppose) stick in place , it means you are going totally flattened out so i wore dark clothes. a bit sore but better than i expected.

I imagine this may be more complicated if it is bilateral.

no i have not. im pre pecs also. thinking about it though... or have a revision and go smalle
