Clean products for skin

I have completed 4 A/C treatments and just had my first taxol trt today. I have spent the better part of the last two weeks researching "clean products" as I have started noticing issues with my skin. Sensitive eyes. Itchy skin. Drying hands. etc.....  Once I started looking into the products that I am using for face washing, makeup, etc I was appalled. The "paraben" word seems to be everywhere. And to think that many Breast lumps have been proven to actually contain this substance. Although it is not banned by the FDA or Health Canada, there is much controversy and debate surrounding this. Until this is resolved, I am reaching out for suggestions for any "clean/green" products that you may have found and like. This is all a bit new to me. I have literally pitched most products that I have been using for many many years not realizing the crap that is contained in them. And I am referring to high end and expensive products. How disappointing. I do plan on sending a letter to my fav companies asking them to re formulate. Many companies are already on the bandwagon and spending millions of dollars to upgrade their products and stay in this "new competition" with many of us ladies becoming more educated as to what we will accept. 

I live in Ontario and realize that not all products are available on both sides of the border. However, I welcome any suggestions of products that you are happy with. I realize that these products can be expensive but I am worth it. And cross bored shipping is always a possibility these days. 

Is anyone else having the same challenge?  I would love to hear your stories. I am finding that the days that I go make up free are not necessarily giving me relief so it may not be just the products. However I am making a conscious effort to clean the closets and start over again.
