I know this is not necessarily LE related, but another poster stated the LE group was very knowledgeable, so she suggested posting it here to be seen:

Has anyone out there had Pulse Dye Laser Tx to their previously radiated
breast for telangiectasia that developed post radiation? At 6
years post RT, my care team talked me into receiving this laser tx to the
underside of my reconstructed breast (b/l silicone implants, R side s/p
RT). I have had minor LE issues in past that were fortunately resolved w/consistent glove/sleeve wear. Unfortunately, I developed 2 small non-healing wounds thru which
my silicone implant eventually came thru, requiring removal of the
implant. I have search all over the Internet to see if there are any
other patients out there like me, or who have had this tx. Thanks for
responding!
