Shortness of breath- chest pain near breast cancer site

Anyone had chest pain on same side where breast cancer was?  I had double mastectomy with no  reconstruction for extensive, high grade DCIS in one breast and for nearly 2 weeks now I have pressure on right side of chest where the DCIS breast used to be and shortness of breath.  No coughing at all.  My Ca 15-3 is still in normal-ish range but every 3 months gets higher (19, 21, 24, 26 , 33).  Last year, at same time I learned of my breast cancer, my sister learned she has stage 3c ovarian cancer.  Docs can't find cancer gene after genetic testing but think it"s highly likely we share a gene causing the cancers (that scientist will probably discover in future).  I had preventive hysterectomy/ophorectomy.  Now worried about right chest pain and shortness of breath.  I see doc for checkup next Wed. Anyone have similar chest pain & shortness of breath?  Thank you!
