Aspirin

I've been hearing about aspirin lowering the risk of recurrence and or death from breast cancer, but I have not read anything on this site.

It stands to reason that drug companies will not fund expensive studies on the subject when they have nothing to gain from it, but there must be funds available from all the breast cancer fundraising that goes on worldwide, year after year. 

Has anybody had aspirin suggested by their medical advisers??

Actually, there have been multiple studies done.

"Actually" there have not been any RCTs specifically to prove aspirin's efficacy in reducing the risk or controlling breast cancer recurrence and/or death, if you read the link you pasted to me. And yes, I did try the search function for myself before posing the question.
