Six month watchers

i have had a lump in my armpit for over a year, radiology says lymph node. It's not suspicious for cancer, but it is monitored every six months. My appointment is coming up and this got me thinking...

For those of you also in the six month watching and waiting club, do you get mammograms every six months? Does this worry you at all?

I had a mammo 6 months ago, and they want another one for this appointment. Not sure how I feel about that.
