New Lump or Scar Tissue?

I had a lumpectomy four years ago and have some scar tissue.  I have just noticed a mass near the scar tissue that will move around like a lump.  I had my yearly pap smear and breast exam a couple months ago, and everything was normal then.  I also had a mammogram a month ago that was normal; however, I don't give that much credence.  I have dense breasts and had just had a mammogram when I discovered the original breast cancer.  I will be seeing my oncologist in 10 days, but I wondered if anyone else has had an experience like this with scar tissue.  Maybe I am just wanting it to be scar tissue.

Well, for sure you are wanting it to be scar tissue! Or just a little fatty cyst, or anything except...that. So, I am here hoping right along with you! after treatment, our breasts do alot of strange things in there, for  long time. my head is getting better at not going there, and i have been having lots of different kind of  of bumps and dimples and i dont know, kumquats! totally bugs be, but it has all been benign. i hope so for you, too.  are you still on hormonals, or what type do you have?
