Radiation after implant reconstruction

Hi all my thanks for all the great posts and info that goes well beyond what the 'professionals' tell us.  I am 4 months post partial mastectomy for IDC Stage 1b ER/PR+ no nodes and reconstruction with implants.  I couldn't stand the expanders for another minute and so opted for reconstruction before rads. I was hoping to avoid radiation completely with the partial mastectomy but wide margins on 3 sides still left one side too close to preclude the rad.  Reconstruction was necessary due to the large volume taken and I have smaller breasts. Now considering what my best options are to avoid a problem with the implants and to other organs. Considering APBI for 5 days or hoping to be eligible for a Savi treatment   Does anyone have input regarding the best solution to avoid complications with silicone implants?  There is so little literature and info out there and the doctors are not that helpful I have to keep suggesting treatment to THEM.  I just need to close this chapter of my life!!  Thanks.
