5 weeks post op from lat flap and have question about swelling

I had a latissimus Dorsi on the previously radiated breast. Now every time I have a fill on that side I have swelling in my back/side. I still have he drain in my back. 

When my ps did the first fill on that side she was a little concerned that she ruptured the tissue expander. Now when I get a fill I am worried that the swelling is coming from the leaking tissue expander. I usually have more fluid output in the drain after a fill too.

Any advise would be appreciated.
