vaginal stenosis and PT recommendation

Dear all,

was not really sure where to put this, so I thought I would start here. At the gyn yesterday-- she says I have a little narrowing of the vagina and is recommending physical therapy.  I am totally on board since I really want to be able to be examined annually and would also like to have non-painful intercourse.  She recommended a couple of PT in our area and said she had seen miraculous results.... 

Just checking to see if others have done this and if you have found it helpful???? I was on AI for 5 years-- just went off in June--was so hoping that some of my natural feeling/etc would come back--then had thyroid surgery in July--so my body has not caught up... but I am hopeful that this will be solvable and improve things????
