Nipples inverting, please help..
Hey everyone,
I'm 22, and about 3 years ago I noticed a very very tiny amount of white discharge on my nipples, nothing I could really wipe off, it was barely there. That stooped but Then the tip of my nipples start going inwards, again slightly so...
I just realized today that both are signs of cancer.
I am so scared and nervous...
Any one else had this?
Thank you all in advance

Hello Greemgirl and welcome to the community. It is good to be aware of changes in your breasts and to carry out regular checks.
There are many signs and symptoms of breast cancer as well as a range of risk factors, including weight, age, family history, and genetics.
There is a wealth of information here both from the women and from the main site but no one here would be able to know for sure what your symptoms mean and so we strongly recommend that as well as getting support here, you see your doctor and talk with her/him about your concerns.
Keep us updated!
Hugs :-)))

Greengirl, It could be very scary and worrisome seeing changes in the breast especially when you don't know why. I know exactly how that feels. The best thing to do with this is keep an open mind and make an appt. with your primary doctor. He/she will examine you and answer all of your questions. If they find something, they'll most likely send you for an ultrasound. My doc sent me for one just to be safe. Mammograms are usually done for people 40 and older because younger women's breasts tend to be dense which makes mammograms harder to read. I know telling you not to worry is easier said than done but your symptoms can be from other more common things besides bc. You mentioned you're 22. I'm 20 and I have been paranoid about bc myself due to some changes in my breast. In reality, we are both very young and bc is extremely rare at our age. The best thing to do is stay off the internet. Google and other search engines put a lot of false info out there and its just going to add more worry. Have you examined your breasts at all? Any lumps, skin changes, or thickenings? Most cancers will have a lump. The only one that usually doesn't is Inflammatory breast cancer, a very rare type of breast cancer. About 50% of IBC cases have a lump. My advice is to make an appt. and look for any other changes. The nipple inversion should definitely be checked out. Do you have any breast pain or any more discharge?
