Ummmmm...HELP

Ok, I'm a little freaked out..yesterday I was doing my exercises from PT and had a sharp pain. It went away...now my right expander is moving! I have the stitched down TE's and it is obviously moving left to right and when I lift my arm. What could I have done....an help??
