Side effects different with Evista verses tamoxifine?

Hello all, I have been on Tamoxifine for a couple of months and the side effects were just to hard to live with. The physical part I could deal with, achy joints, hot flashes, cold flashes and so on. But it was the mental part I could not handle. I was in a fog, I was messing up at work and became very depressed. I stopped taking it and with in 2 days felt so much better. So I let my Dr know I had stopped taking it and he wants me to take Evista. So I am just wondering if anyone has experienced the same side effects on Evista that I did on Tam? Thanks in advance ladies!
