Implant revision and symmetry question

The skin over one of my implants is weakening and I need a revision to keep the implant in place from moving under my arm. I was told the doctor will put alloderm to reinforce the muscle that is weakening at the side. Is it wise to do the other breast proactively even though nothing is wrong with it now, just for symmetry purposes? I did not think about this during the appointment to ask him.
