Lupron withdrawal?

I just stopped taking Lupron after four years, still on Tamoxifen. Stopped Lupron at the end of May. Pretty sure i ovulated about a week ago, now I am dealing with crazy body aches and a fever since two nights ago. I was thinking it is related to my hormones adjusting to some kind of normalcy (in particular, the return of progesterone), but I haven't been able to find anyone else with similar experience. I am 34 so pretty sure my period will return very soon... Has anyone else stopped Lupron pre-menopause?
