Has anyone had nipple pain ?

I had a lumpectomy on my left and reconstruction on both, I 've been having nipple pain since the surgery due to the nerves coming back "life"as my Dr puts it, the pain has been getting a lot better ( Hardly anything lately ) but today after only my 3rd rad treatment my nipple is burning and hurting. Could it be from the rad already ???? Or is it just in my head ????
