Some good news

had measurements today...every single one was smaller on my LE arm, even the hated over elbow square thing. And every measurement on my LE arm was smaller than B9 dominant arm. So if you were going by numbers, on paper my LE is not measurable today. Now there is of course still LE, there are still shape, sensation, and texture symptoms. But still nice to be moving in the right direction. In the past I always had mixed results.

BDH1 honestly I don't think I can attribute it to any one thing.

I have always responded well to compression.

I use a Juzo custom sleeve and Barton-Carey glove during the day, and the silverware bi-lat as a night sleeve.

I haven't had much luck with traditional night sleeves and wrapping.

I have lost about 9 pounds over the past 18 months.

(But the link with that is not so clear, I have gained and had measurements go down, I have lost and had measurements go up.)

I do swim as much as possible. I try to do the elementary back stroke when possible.

I am not that great about MLD, I go to a pro about every other month.

I have been working on doing yoga breathing and meditation as much as possible, I know the breathing can help the lymphatic system.

For what it is worth, while I can feel LE in my hand, it has really only been measurable above my elbow. The back has pitting, and I get circle blotches higher up.

Mine comes and goes very quickly, I can drop a cm in 15 minutes if I put on a sleeve, but it springs back quickly too.
