Question for those who have breast aug pre-bc

Before, diagnosis, I had saline breast implants for 15 years. Actually, I have had two sets. The first in my early 30s and the second 5 years later because I had a baby and needed a lift and opted for a smaller implant. I had a BMX in nov and I will have saline implants in early September. Can anyone who had had breast augmentation pre-cancer tell me what to expect? Are the saline implants heavier than silicone? Thank you
