Tissue Expander Tightness during Chemo

i had double mastectomy on April 8, checked out of the hospital the next day, have been healing very well and i am used to the TE's now... even sleeping on my stomach occasionally... i am doing 6 rounds of chemo, 1 year of Herceptin, just started round 4 last Thursday.  My last and final expansion was about a month ago, once chemo is done the beginning of August I will schedule implant surgery.

The last two chemo rounds i have felt significant tightness and stretching in my chest, i thought i was over that, i have been using ice and it seems to help, should i try muscle relaxer?  could it be the low white counts and because the expanders are a foreign object or just muscles or possible dehydration issue or what?  no redness or real pain, just insanely uncomfortable...
