Question about health

Do you like when friends ask you: How's your health? I have a couple of well meaning friends I see about every two months who always ask me this. Maybe I'm overly sensitive but it really bugs me. I would like to put my cancer behind me but this question (especially how it is asked, "how's your health?", and when--very early in our conversation) always brings cancer back as the main focus.
