Swollen lymph node opposite breast?

Coming up on 3 years since I was diagnosed. It was Stage III at that time, ER+, HER2+; did neoadjuvant TCH with tykerb and had a complete pathological response. Mastectomy on left side. I just had prophylactic Mx done on the right with DIEP reconstruction in Sept.

About 1.5 Weeks ago I felt a lump on the outer portion of my reconstructed right breast under my arm. I am freaking out! Reminding myself that God healed me once and he can do it again. Going into see the BS tomorrow morning. I just hate the waiting game. Anybody else have something funny go on with the OPPOSITE of the original affected side?
