New lumps in opposite side of cancer...... Am I crazy to worry?

I had IBC in the left breast and it had spread to my lymph nodes. After a chemo hell, a BMX, and radiation I thought it was over with. Sunday morning in the shower I find two moderately painful lumps in my RIGHT arm pit. (Opposite side of breast cancer) Had it ruled out as an infected pore my a medical professional that is a friend. Went to see my MO today and he seems to think they are cysts but then he ordered another PET scan.

Am I crazy or does anyone else think maybe he's trying to keep me from flipping out? Is it even possible for the cancer to have just switched sides like that? These lumps (literally) popped up overnight just like my first cancer lump did on my left breast.
