TNBC now stage IV with bone mets

My mother was dx almost a year ago, we just found out she has two spots that reacted to chemo on her ribs and spine.  I am freaking out!  Every dang time we think we are at the end of her road, something comes up.  She just finished 37 rads last week.  The MRI they did before her rads shows the bone involvement  and that one did shrink while another grew.  I am mind blown.  Anyone else in the same boat?  Thanks so much for sharing in advance.
