CTV Report Abhorrent

So I've been stewing about this for two days now since this CTV news reporter was discussing the new blood test that may be available for women who are at risk for breast cancer that DO NOT carry the brca genes. This dumb bitch ( excuse my language) actually said 90% of breast cancers are caused by lifestyle, smoking and diet. Oh yes she did! Did anyone else see it? Not the Avis Favreau report who explained it correctly, but the snotty ditz who was on mid-day. I want her name and I want her fired. If anyone saw it, please give me her name. I already emailed CTV, and as I expected, received no reply. This woman needs to get tuned and I'm on a mission to do it. HOW DARE SHE???? And moreover, how did CTV allow it? Man, if there were any justice in the world, she'd be the first to get breast cancer. Her report was disgusting.

Sadly, yes. One of the two more respected news programs in Canada. Her whole holier-than-thou attitude was nauseating. Dumb cow.

leggo I agree - although I did not see this and it's a good thing because I probably would have a broken tv! Wow I'm shocked that there is no 'editor' to check facts! CTV was always reputable in my mind but no longer! I wish there was a way to let all the women know that this so called stat is untrue and not for one second should women who get breast cancer blame themselves. There is so much harm caused by this type of "reporting"  I'm really disappointed in CTV.
