Seeking Recommendations: Boston PS, Fat Grafting with Implants

I had a nipple-sparing bilateral mastectomy in early May. I know it may still be a little early. But I'm not entirely happy with the results ( a lot of rippling and divots). I'm already slated for a revision surgery since I'm lopsided.

I was hoping I could receive some recommendations for a PS based in the Boston area. I'm specifically interested surgeons that use fat grafting (or lipofiling) in conjunction with implants.
