Evgeniya - I think what's most important is that you're at peace with your decision and I know it's hard. We can tell you our personal experiences but that's all they are. And since most of us were diagnosed within the past 5 years, we don't have any information on the long term success of our decisions. A low Ki-67 is favorable but you are young, premenapausal with LVI and a positive node with ECE. I see that you're on Zolodex. Does your MO plan on starting you on an AI or Tamoxifen? I've seen studies that show slightly better outcomes with ILC treated wiith an AI over Tamoxifen. I also had 3 opinions that were all in agreement and I went with their recommendations. Just go with your heart and the decision that you won't be second guessing in the years ahead.

Thank you for your kind words TOOMUCH! i am not in peace with my decision to not to have chemo. How can i? i was never in position to make this kind of desision. Look who am i? i am not an oncologist and not in any way connected to medical profession. Of cours i did my research but research never the less. yes it gave me some inside on the my issue. But having a potentially terminal desiase i expect the doctors to make a informed desision and say Evgeniya you have to do THIS. otherway why do i need them? wny thay are there? i ascked to do circulating tumor cell test and see if i have any and if i do to check their biologi al make up such as ER PR HER2 as cancer tend to change it when spred and then make desision based on what kind of beast we need to kill and how and what weppen to use. i vbeen told nonsens... here i am..... about femara or tamoxifen i asked for it thay sayed no it would be overkill and thay do not want to give me osteoporosis on what i replyed that dead body in the coffin does not care about it because it is dead. i plane to remoove my ovaries and ask for femara. what do you think?

my mo sayed that he would be worried if my cancer was small but spread to many nodes than mine very big but defited only one. i hope he is not planning to kill me really.
