Temperature swings...freezing cold to blazing hot

I am wondering if anyone else has temperature swings on Tamoxifen.  I am either freezing cold, shivering with goosebumps, or blazing hot and sweating when hot flashes hit (which is a few times per hour).  There is no in between or comfortable temperature...ever.  Anyone else?  If so, what did you to to address it, and did it get better?  I see MO for routine appointment later this week, so I will chat with him about it as well.  I know that this is minor in the whole scheme of life, but it is really frustrating to never feel like I am comfortable.

Yes I have that and it got better with Effexor. Hope you find relief, it's horrible!

Effexor works for me also. I'm currently taking 37.5 mg. I've taken tamoxifen for for just about 15 months now. Every three months or so I have a period of time where I have  two dozen HF per day. Then after a few days it goes away and I may have none for a week or more. I feel like my body tries to self-correct for those wonky times.
