Will fat grafting help my implant pain?

Long story, but after many complications, I have had six surgeries so far for reconstruction.  My 7th is on July 17th, where again they will try to fix pocket issues, alloderm etc. and at same time graft fat for dents etc.

I am thin, and my right implant edge at top of breast hurts constantly, particularly if I lean forward and implant moves up, do cleaning, gardening, pretty much anything...I am so upset since I used to be so active, now I am in pain every day with these damn implants!

Will fat grafting on upper edge of implant improve pain???  Anyone's experience with tis would be greatly appreciated!
