Lymphedema and computer work

How do you handle working on the computer? I type and click all day, and my cancer side is my dominant side. Brought a pillow to work today & it helped, but I work between 2 medical offices and can't exactly drag a pillow around with me. My sleeve has gotten too tight to wear right now. So frustrating!!!
