maddening pins and needles, 8 years out-relief?

It's been 8-9 years since I had left side radiation after a mastectomy. Also had axillary dissection, have some lymphedema, and have been doing fat grafting as reconstruction, although that's been on hold and my last surgery was over a year ago. Sometimes, especially if I sit at a desk all day, all I can feel is my (very soft coobie) bra scrapping my skin, and pins and needles along the middle of my chest and under my arm. A few years ago I used lidocaine patches and creme, which never helped much. Then the problem seemed to go away, but now it's back. It's driving me CRAZY. Does this ever go away? Anyone ever find a solution to an issue like this?
