Fasting Before AC

Hey Ladies,

I have a few doctors and one (not oncologist but someone who blends natural & conventional) who strongly recommends fasting 2 days prior & 1 day after treatment to reduce side effects.  I'm going to try it and have read some old posts about it...just wondering if anyone had tried it recently and if they had any advice? I am on the low side for blood pressure so may have to add in a few calories if I get too dizzy...my first treatments are 4 infusions of AC (one every 3 weeks) followed by 12 of Taxol (one every week for 12 weeks).
