Tai chi anyone?

does anyone do tai chi?  I used to do it years ago and thinking of starting again.  My old teacher now teaches at the local senior center and I need to call and see if I'm old enough to join.  I'm 55 and I've heard both 55 and 60 as the requirement.   

I also have an old VHS tape that I used to do but I need to find a way to convert it to DVD to use it again.  It's not available to buy on DVD.
