Still pre-menopausal after 5 years Tamoxifen

My 5 year tamoxifen treatment will be finished soon and I am still pre-menopausal.  I have concerns as some other women on this website who don't know what the next treatment would be before our natural menopause comes.  Today I met my ONC and asked few questions, here are some answers to some of my questions:

- Q: I said I read from internet (this forum) that ILC grows slower than IDC, after 5 years, the risk wouldn't be significantly reduced as IDC, which means, the 10 year risk will be higher(even much higher) than IDC.

Her answer is No, there are lots of slow growing IDC and the 10 year recurrence rates have no difference. 

- Q: Any other treatment/medication for pre-menopausal women after 5 years on Tamoxifen?

A: No, only Tamoxifen

- Q:  I read on internet Tamoxifen doesn't work well on ILC comparing with IDC

A: No, the articles like that do not have solid proof. 

- Q: What is the benefit of Tam for 10 years 

A: The difference between 5 yrs & 10 yrs will be 2.5% based on ATLAS & ATTOM study. 

I am sharing these with the ladies have similar concerns,  meanwhile would like to listen to your opinion or your doctors' opinions if you asked the similar questions to your doctors.
