Pain from implant exchange surgery

I have just had my TE's removed and Silicone Implants put in.  The first 48 hours I was in extreme pain, more pain than my BXM caused me.  It has subsided just a bit today,  I know the P/S had to make revisions to the capsule pocket that holds the implant, so a bit of stitching inside.  My question is whether anyone has had revisions done during exchange and what was their pain level like,  I would just like to know if what I am experiencing is normal.
