Saline implant collapse

I had a double mastectomy two years ago for stage 2 breast cancer on my left breast.  I opted for immediate reconstruction - tissue expanders followed by saline implants down the road.  I had chemo and radiation prior to 2nd part of the implant surgery. The implant to my radiated breast though was not healing so my plastic surgeon decided to insert a smaller implant to promote quicker healing. Unfortunately though, my followup MRI revealed that the 2nd saline implant collapsed.

I am waiting to hear from my plastic surgeon.  I am nervous that my body is not accepting the implant.

anyone else have this happen to them?
