Hello, I am a first time poster here. I was told that withe the small size of the cancer, .4cm, that I wouldn't benefit much more from having chemo. I got a second opinion yesterday and the doc said its a grey area as to whether it is worth it for me to take the chemo since it will improve my survival chances by 3%. He also said that triple neg is hard to fight once it recurrs. I asked him if he would take it in my situation. He said yes. That was very telling.

Has anyone else faced this dilemma?

so sorry you are joining these boards.  There is a triple negative forum that you may want to post in.  I'm sure the girls there will have information you could think about.  Good luck.
