Weid skin reaction after rediation

Options

Do you have rectangular or any larger shape areas in just RAD breast, the skin are smooth as normal, no color change, itch, or peeling?

Just finished the 6-weeks radiation, my skin is white as normal, didn’t turn reddish or peeling in the 2 mark-pen areas, which covered with 3M Tegaderm Film. One of the film is 3x2.5cm to cover the surgical scar after the 1.5cm tumor removal. The other film is 4.5x3cm to cover the mark-pen sign at the up side above left nipple. The top and right surrounding area of latter film, the skin is white as normal too.

The most reddish, peeling, itched, burning area is underarm about 8x9cm from 3M film’s edge of surgical scar, horizontal expand 8cm to left backbone/arm, and vertical straightly
extend about 9cm, end at the bottom level of left breast. The cancer didn't spread to lymph node or bone, the reverse skin reaction seems weird. My oncologist said the radiation does of underarm area is 25 gray, the surgical scar area is 50 grays, the skin reactions is varied by different patients.

I consult another oncologist, she said those 2 mark-pen areas probably didn't receive planned radiation does  or means "No radiation".

Is her theory possible? I also concern the radiation ray went to other area of my organs, like backbone/arm, lung, heart, etc., because my underarm expand to backbone/arm are itching and peeling seriously, and the tingling feeling from left arm and left backbone travel to left calf and left feet.

What's your skin surrounding surgical,  RAD breast and underarm/back look like after radiation?
