Hair loss - nausea - fatigue - What more to expect??

Hi & a very good morning to all of you. I am new in this forum and am writing on behalf of my mom. She had breast cancer 13 years ago but was fully cured until 6 months ago when a lump was found in her other breast. She has had her mastectomy and 5 chemotherapies. (In which she lost all her hair, aches pains nausea all at peak. But thank god it's over now ) 

She has had 9 radiations till now and needs 7 more. But her blood pressure has become erratic (which was stable with medicines before) she has nausea morning / evening. Her eye brows and eye lashes hv fallen ( after chemo during first week of radiations. ) and she feels totally lifeless with lots of aches and pains and even touching her with a finger hurts her. And she gets fever after every 3-4 days. Her condition is worse than the week that followed chemo. 

The radiologist says that other than mild fatigue, nothing else is a side effect of radiation. 

Has anyone else gone through the same.

i think she needs to consult with the Oncologist, its unusual to do xhemo and radiation together
