radiation after reconstruction

Hi, I am new to this forum, but this is my third breast cancer. Has anyone had either brachytherepy rads or full breast radiation after reconstruction. I am really freaking out about this, as I have not seen my radiologist yet. Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
