Chemotherapy after a flap

Hi all, 

I was wondering if anyone here had chemotherapy immediately following a flap reconstruction. 

How long did you have in between the surgery and starting treatment? Did you have any complications or difficulties at the breast or donor sites?

I just had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate hip flap reconstruction in NOLA and may be starting chemo as my next step. Just wondering what I need to look out for. Thanks and have a great day!
