Pain a year on from LICAP

I had my licap recon a year ago and tbh it's never stopped hurting. If my kids hug me or the dog jumps on me it's really painfull. I think it's worse since I finished rads last October as the recon bit is a hard lump like the original cancer. I also get pain in my armpit and ribs, just wondered if anyone had the same?

    Mandksmum, we're sorry that you're still dealing with pain from your reconstruction. Using the Search feature here on the site to look for mentions of LICAP in other members' posts, we see only one other person using the term, so you may not get many first-hand experiences. 

    Does your PS offer any suggestions to help with the pain? You certainly don't want to cringe when you want to hug your kids!
