Prosthesis moves around

My prosthesis is secure within my mastectomy bra, but sometimes the bra cup does not stay in place on my chest. It might move toward the center or up, etc. I have been fitted, so the bra itself fits well. I am fairly active. Does anyone else have this problem and what to do? Thanks!
